VERDICT

Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile is a crime drama that fails to deliver the same charisma as its central character. The stylistic choices for storytelling cause an awkwardly paced and disjointed narrative filled with mundane cinematography that lacks the necessary atmosphere. Thankfully, the central performance manages to carry the weight of this entire story as it shows how devilishly charming this sinister person was. It feels like an incomplete and overly dramatized version of its true crime narrative.
