Person of Interest 04×10 ‘The Cold War’: It has begun

Apparently this week’s Person of Interest was the first part of a trilogy of episodes revolving around the Samaritan vs. Machine battle that this season has been setting up. I’m rather confused about the placement of this story as the fall finale when last week’s episode was a far better cliffhanger. Hawaii Five-0 05×09 ‘Ke Koho Mamao Aku’: Mele Kalikimaka!

Merry mid-season finale on Hawaii Five-0! It’s Christmas time and the team are off to the big island to solve a cowboy’s murder. Meanwhile Danny and Steve look to find the perfect Christmas tree by any means necessary and Max runs into an old frenemy. What this episode lacks in action, due to Steve’s absence in the investigation, it makes up for in McDanno moments and holiday joy. Who knew that a Christmas episode would feature cowboys and bull riders? Only in Hawaii. Five-0 is on the case in “Ke Koho Mamao Aku.”
