Person of Interest 04×06 ‘Pretenders’: “How do you do that with your voice?”

In a season already filled with fake identities Person of Interest somehow manages to take it to the next level. With multiple stories following multiple ‘detectives’ it feels like everyone is getting a bit too inquisitive. “You’re like a freaking superhero.” Yes, yes he is. Seems like The Man In The Suit has been rubbing off on more than just Team Machine. Let’s jump into “Pretenders.” Read the rest at gottawatchit.com…

Hawaii Five-0 05×05 ‘Hoʻoilina’: I smell a romance brewing

After four episodes of Danny-centric stories, this week’s Hawaii Five-0 is Danno-less. With the Williams family grieving, Steve has been thinking more about his father so on the anniversary of his death so it’s only necessary that we have a Steve-centric story exploring the relationship between him and his father. At the cemetery a mysterious woman visits John’s grave, and Steve needs to know who it is. When he learns she’s attached to his father’s final unsolved case he takes it on himself to solve it for his father’s legacy. With nearly twenty years between these investigations the odds are slim, but Five-0 is on the case in “Ho’olinina.” Read the rest at gottawatchit.com…

Scandal 04×05 ‘The Key’: Bye bye Smelly Mellie

The Winslows return in what appears to be an emerging season story arc while our merry band of misfits continue to grieve after the events of last season. As OPA attempt to uncover the truth behind the ongoing Winslow scandal from “Inside the Bubble“, the White House seems to be more concerned about using their hearts instead of their brains when making decisions. With regret, deception, ignorance and closure this week’s Scandal certainly had its hands full. Let’s get to it, onto “The Key!” Read the rest at gottawatchit.com…

Person of Interest 04×05 ‘Prophets’: Admin is not admin

After two weeks of lighter-toned episodes Person of Interest takes the fight to Samaritan once again. With rigged elections and Team Machine always looking over their shoulder, Samaritan is always 20 steps ahead. “Dance for me puppets,” Samaritan scoffs. The Brotherhood doesn’t look so big and bad after this week’s dangerously thrilling episode. Too bad Reese is benched for this fight. Let’s jump into “Prophets.” Read the rest at gottawatchit.com…

Hawaii Five-0 05×04 ‘Ka Noeʻau’: A barrel of fun (too soon?)

This week’s episode of Hawaii Five-0 revolves around the issues of two families: Danny’s and the Detroit crime family, the Bagosa’s. While the Bagosa issue is new to us, Danny’s story has blown wide up when in last week’s episode “Kanalu Hope Loa” he found Matt’s stolen money. This show never ceases to amaze me bringing us innovative cases filled with constant twists and turns. Helps keep the unpredictability in an easily predictable genre of TV. Like what brings the Detroit based Bagosa family to Hawaii? No matter the reason Five-0 is on the case in “Ka Noe’au.”
