Little Secret, Big Problem.

DIRECTED BY: Tina Gordon
WRITTEN BY: Tracy Oliver and Tina Gordon
STARRING: Marsai Martin, Regina Hall and Issa Rae

SYNOPSIS: A woman is transformed into her younger self at a point in her life when the pressures of adulthood become too much to bear. (IMDB)

Little is a passable comedy that brings a fresh idea to a familiar formula. While the cast is charismatic, fun and have some funny moments in a feel-good story, the message doesn’t quite hit its mark in an unevenly paced and poorly-written film that finds itself confused over who its underdog protagonist really is. It has a few laugh out loud moments, but drags between each successful joke.
